Keep your dog sharp for duck season or train them to retrieve. This training bumper from Carhartt is shaped and weighted to encourage proper hold on an actual bird. It's a pet enrichment tool you can toss around at the park or in the water.

Bottom part orange was ripped open by my Golden, we saved it and he still fetches it while supervised ? even Carhartt can't stand up to a determined ripper!

Beware of small white rocks inside the toy
a year ago
I'm sure this toy isn't exactly for your dog to chew on. But for those who do let them chew on it. Know that there are some kind of small hard rocks in the middle of the toy. I don't know why you would do that even If it's not for your dog to chew on.

not a quality product
my dog tore thru the fabric within a couple uses of retrieving..no chewing. I thought since it was carhartt it would be a manufactured with quality in mind..it was not.

Dangerous for dogs beware
I feel like this toy is not the best for dogs because under the fabric layer is Styrofoam which is bad for dogs and inside the styrofoam is filled with some kind of unknown rocky minerals. My dog tore into the fabric right away and ended up tearing apart the styrofoam and spilling the minerals all over the floor. I expected this toy to be more durable as well as safer for dogs.
