Fits really well, really light, I can move really well in it, plus it's super warm. definitely would suggest taking actual measurements and comparing it to the fitment and size chart really the only thing I regret is not getting the longer version, but it still fits quite well

Not nearly as warm as I expected. Should have known though. This type of fabric never retains heat. Plastic zipper also lost a few teeth within a few days.

I'm grateful for reading previous reviews. From them I learned that I should order the Long size because I'm over six feet tall. That made a big difference. As others have written, the waistband on the jacket has a tendency to creep up. I can see how that would be an issue for the standard size fit. With the long size, the waistband stays put. I wish it were slightly looser, but I understand the design because of the need to retain heat. The sleeves are slightly too long for normal wear. However, I understand how they might be appropriate for harsh weather. Fortunately, the material is so stiff that I can fold the sleeves to shorten them. I can see why some reviewers felt the pockets are too small, but they were fine for me. One thing I immediately did was cut off the Yukon Extremes patch. I think the coat is beautiful and does not need that extra bit of branding. The Carhartt brand has done well enough without needing such slogans.
