Horrible customer service

This shirt is oversized for a large and needs to be exchanged but the Tractor Supply website will not open the order status link to start a return. For three days now it says “oops, sorry page not available”. When you call the customer service number, no one answers. Who can spend an hour waiting to talk to someone?? Especially when their websites says “quick and easy returns”. Seems to me they want you to give up and keep the items or go to the store to return them and then spend more money while you’re in the store. So tired of big corporations greed.
No, I do not recommend this product.
