Almost perfect!

This jacket is almost perfect, I love everything about it....except for the side pockets. The way the flap (it comes forward over the pocket opening) is designed it is hard to quickly get into the pockets. I have dropped my gloves thinking I have them in the pocket but have missed it because of the design.

Returning jacket because I ordered wrong size.

The jacket was really nice but I should have ordered a Regular Large instead of a Tall Large. I returned it, and haven't received refund yet? And, I have emailed, going thru a complicated website, and still haven't gotten a reply, which is disappointing. Hopefully when my credit card stmt. comes this month, the refund will be there! Thank you.
