Nice loose fit, I am 5' 10 ", weigh 182, and I got the medium fits perfect for what I like, a little loose fit.

Warm and versatile top layer

I use my shirt jacket for construction work on my house, woodworking in my (cold) basement and also for casual times out with friends. I like the way it keeps me warm and comfortable in each of those settings.

Made a great gift for Christmas in chilly South Dakota. Son is a big Carhartt fan and he wears his shirtjack every day. Went to the Carhartt store in the mall..they helped me order this one online.
