Bought the black one not to long ago. It fit perfectly and so far has lasted nicely. Only thing I didn't really like is the black was more of a really dark navy blue. This long sleeve would be perfect if it's cool was a true black.

Didn't last a year.

I ordered a grey and blue shirt (XLT). They seemed to be different materials. I was only able to wear the grey a few times before it shrunk and was unable to be tucked in. My employer requires shirts to be tucked in on location. The blue was great at first but the material began falling apart at the seams. It didn't even last a year of normal one to two times a week wear. Unfortunate. It was very comfortable while it lasted though.
