Go one size down

The other reviewers aren't lying about the loose fit. Go one size smaller than you normally get. I am 6'1" 200lbs and usually wear a large. Occasionally an XL in some brands but never a medium. I ordered a M-Tall of this shirt and it fits perfectly.

The sizes run big so I'd recommend getting a size smaller, also the shirt is really thick

Way Too Large!

I ordered the same shirt in the same size large/regular as I've been wearing for years and they were so much larger that I think a 300# man could fit in them. I realized after the 5 shirts came back from the laundry I missed the fine print. Apparently large/regular has been replaced with large/loose. Too late to return as I sent these 5 new shirts straight to the laundry without trying them on first. My bad.
