The hat itself is really nice. The satin lining makes it extra nice and worthwhile. Above and beyond the normal unlined hats. Just wish TSC and/or Fed Ex would have done better delivering. Showed up a week later than date shown when I ordered it. Wasn't available at any local TSC stores, so ordered online. Showed it was going to arrive in plenty of time. Fed Ex pushed back, then no updates at all. Thought it was lost so bought locally at sporting goods store. Chatted, emailed, and called both TSC and Fed Ex a bunch of times. No reply from either :( Have to figure out whether to return to store or ship back, I guess.
