WAY too tight compared to previous versions

These new ones are way too tight. I have 2 from the older version of these and they fit perfect. I have 2 from the new version, and they both squeeze so tight it gives me headaches.
Please Carhartt, for the love of God, go back to the previous version for sizing/material.
