We purchased this for a 1,000 mile trip and when we got to the destination everything inside was soaking wet. But, luckily for me was just 4 bag lawn chairs. When we repacked to return home we made sure the flap over the zipper was facing down but the same thing happened. Everything was soaking wet again but this time we found a hole had been worn in the bag.

This item isn’t great. The idea of it, is wonderful but the item managed to get a hole in it, luckily none of our stuff was in it because it filled up with what from a short rainstorm. 0/10 do not recommend.

Open the car on top of the truck packed it up went to tie it down, and the plastic piece snapped completely off, which was a complete waste ended up, tying a bungee cord onto the top to keep things from moving because the cord and hardware that it came with broke before we even hit the road on our first time so I’m not impressed

It said this cargo carrier bag was storm proof it why I bought it i had one of their normal cargo carrier bags but my clothes got soaked and ruined in it eventually so I figured the stormproof bag would keep my clothes dry It rained 3 days after putting it up it rained for a day and next time I went up there to get something out of the cargo bag about a week later I realized all my clothes were sopping, soaking wet and ruined stormproof is laughable it's not even rain proof the normal cargo carrier bag lasted me a year and a half before it leaked this thing last Me 2 weeks I would give negative Stars if that was an option
