The Cardinal Gates Duragate Pet Gate (Model MG25) is a hardware-mounted pet gate great for any use. It's very easy to assemble and conveniently mounts at any angle. Featuring a unique yet secure latch system, this gate allows for one-handed operation. At 29.5 in. tall, this gate is adjustable and able to close off openings from 26.5 in. to 41.5 in. out of the box, with an optional 12.5 in. extension (Model BX12, sold separately) to increase the span up to a maximum of 54 in.. The Duragate Pet Gate also has an optional 8 in. height extension to increase the height of your gate to a maximum of 45.5 in. (Model TPX, sold separately). Featuring all-steel construction with a powder-coated finish, the Duragate has a long-lasting, easy-to-clean surface intended for indoor use only. All necessary hardware for installation is included in the box. Available in either white, black, or taupe.Note: This product may require up to 2 additional days for order processing prior to shipping

Pet gates

Ordered 2 gates and it was a few days later after I received them that I went to install them. The first one was fine and installed easily enough , but when I opened the second one I discovered that it was bent pretty severely . I had to get them installed that day out of necessity so I just tried to straighten it out as best I could. The install was tougher but I finally got it to work adequately for my needs.

Well made, escape proof.

Love every bit of this gate. It's secure and seems to be escape proof. It's a bit more difficult to open with the upper guard swivel protector, yet this is what makes it escape proof. The receiver bracket can be mounted at right angles to the gate if the situation allows, otherwise it does stick into the traffic flow a bit. It is metal and chances are you won't fool a sleeping animal anymore than grabbing your car keys.

Yes, I recommend this product.
