    UV rated - perfect for outside

    The only reason that they didn't get the 5th star is that they aren't able to be released & reused like many newer versions. Not a negative for my project of attaching poly deer fencing to the frame of a chicken tractor.

    A few of these broke while I was using them. They seem to be pretty cheaply made.
