Q: Will this work for towing a 5th wheel rv?

    A: Hello, This hitch is not suitable for towing a 5th wheel trailer. It’s rated for up to 3,500 lb, which is intended for lighter-duty uses like small trailers or hitch-mounted accessories. 5th wheel trailers are heavier and require a different hitch system that mounts in the bed of a pickup truck. Because of the higher weight and different design, this hitch wouldn’t be the right choice for that type of setup. If you’re working with a smaller bumper-pull trailer instead, this hitch could be a good fit, as long as it stays within the 3,500 lb limit. Best Regards, Buyers Products
