    A: Buyers Products warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from shipment, under normal use and installation. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, alterations, accidents, or lack of maintenance. Buyers Products will repair or replace defective parts returned prepaid, with prior authorization. Transportation and labor costs are not covered. Any additional questions about store-specific warranties from individual stores must be directed to those stores for clarification.
