Misleading Guarantee — Not Honored by Manufacturer

I purchased two Bullymake chew toys in 2024, trusting the packaging’s bold “Satisfaction Guaranteed” promise — that if my dog destroyed or disliked the toy, it would be replaced for free. My Rottweiler destroyed both toys, and when I contacted Bullymake, they refused to honor the guarantee, citing a hidden 45-day policy not mentioned anywhere on the packaging. This is misleading and disappointing. Guarantees should be clear and honored, especially when printed directly on the product. I expected better accountability from a brand sold at a reputable retailer like Tractor Supply.

Great chewing toy!

My dog absolutely loves it. He is a 5-6mth old puppy that chews on everything. Even though he has al kinds of other toys, this toy and some other bullymake toys have kept him from chewing on our furniture. Fingers crossed it continues.
