The BulletProof Hitches 3.0 in. Shank Extreme Duty Receiver Shackle uses a solid steel shank with a 1-1/4 in. Shackle to securely attach a rope, strap, or chain to your vehicle. It features four different pin holes that allow the user to set the shackle in the direction they need to. The design allows this receiver shackle to be of use in both horizontal and vertical orientations that can be useful in extended or recessed positions.

  • Receiver shackle rated to 36,000 pounds
  • Comes standard with one hardened BulletProof heat treated corrosion resistant pin and R-clip
  • For vehicles with stock bumpers the optional orientation allow for more of the shank to fit in the receiver opening
  • Additional pin hole towards the end of the shank can give you another 1-1/2 in. of extension for vehicles with aftermarket bumpers
  • Weight capacity remains the same with any of the pin holes, in any orientation
  • Receiver shackle features the same textured black powder coat as our hitches
  • We highly recommend purchasing a locking pin to keep the receiver shackle safe and secure
  • It's vital to find the strongest possible point on the vehicle
  • 180 degrees of shackle movement
