Q: Is this safe to install with only threaded bolt from Duty Pintle Hook, Bolt-On, 30k lbs. Part# 7411955? This mounting plate does not allow enough space for the lock washers and nut to attach to the end of the bolt. Mounting plate does not allow space.

Here is the information we received from the vendor- "“I would suggest to use the #7411955 pintle with #4529455 mounting plate, the included hardware was designed to fit. Other mounting plate options to consider would be from Reese or Draw-Tite. When using a mounting plate be aware of the capacity rating.” For part number 4529455, the TSC sku is: 1612702.
