Bull Barn's Fast Lock features a smooth yet secure knot that creates a 2"x 4" mesh, preferred by horse owners. The smooth knot helps keeps horses - or other livestock-- from getting their coats scratched or snagged on the fence. Our durable mesh is made with Class 3 Galvanization, which deters rust better than Class 1, for a longer-lasting fence. Low carbon wire is easier to handle than high-tensile, so it is great for the homesteader who wants to protect produce or livestock. This fence has a thicker, 10.5-gauge wire at the top and bottom for added rigidity. The filler wire is 12.5-gauge wire. Because the mesh openings are small, this fence can be used for a wide range of livestock that might risk getting hooves or horns caught in larger mesh openings.
