Never buy Brother machine

I have been sewing for 50 years and have had mostly Singer and Kenmore…I thought I was treating myself to an even better machine that was computerized. But after following all the directions, going on line for trouble shooting about the needle falling out or even breaking if I sew more than 2 layers of cotton. I am so sorry I bought this machine even buying only brother products, needles, spools etc. I’ve used the screwdriver to tighten the screw that holds the needle but then it breaks…so sorry I thought about brother machine

Needle-related issues can sometimes be caused by factors such as needle installation, needle condition, fabric thickness, presser foot selection, or machine timing, but we appreciate that you have already taken steps to troubleshoot the problem, including tightening the needle clamp screw. We understand why this has left you feeling disappointed in your purchase.

Frustrating!!!

It’s frustrating! Thread keeps getting stuck inside the machine and you can’t clear it because there is no access unless you open the whole machine! This happened on the first day I got it! FIRST DAY!!!

I enjoy all the different stitches available
I like the it can be used with or without the foot pedal. It can with a wide variety of feet. Easy to wind and thread bobbin.Very affordable price
