Bosch's metal-cutting abrasive wheels feature the X-LOCK mount, offering a wheel change that's up to five times faster than conventional interfaces. There's an audible snap when mounting an X-LOCK wheel on an X-LOCK grinder. The wheel mounts properly without the need for a spanner wrench or flange nuts. The wheel is released from the grinder with the pull of a lever. Bosch bonded abrasive wheels are made with high-quality Aluminum Oxide grit for exceptional speed and durability in tough environments for cutting applications.

  • A: Hi Eddie, Thanks for your question. This is a blade that would be used on a grinding tool. Grinders offer solutions for all cutting and dry polishing work: Cutting and grinding discs, abrasives, backing pads, wire brushes as well as diamond drills and diamond cutting discs. Great Cutting Wheel

This Bosch X-LOCK metal/stainless cutting abrasive wheel is very durable and great quality. It easily snaps on with the X-LOCK mount design. No tools are needed which makes it fast and efficient. Has great speed and will last longer. Cutting your stainless/metal for your project will be very easy with this wheel.

This cutting wheel does well. I haven't seen how long it lasts yet but I feel like I will compete nicely with the other names on the cutting market. I really like the x-lock system. Anytime you don't need a special tool to change a wheel makes it easier.

DIY like a semi pro

I truly believe that with the right tool and best tool version any DIY project or task is doable. I found this Bosch version to he the best for many small projects requiring grinding and cutting. It’s easy to put on and remove. You don’t have to worry about getting frustrated with your DYI project as long as you have this product to get the grinding and cutting done without any issues. I didn’t notice any overheating or abnormal heating while using. Everything went better than expected.

Yes, I recommend this product.
