Was given tome as a gift 4 months ago. Broke on first use and I drill all the time. So I used all best practices. Slow speed, keep wet (I use a slow flow hose to flush debris away and keep material cool). Was drilling three holes in ceramic floor tile. On first hole bit broke. Not using hammer setting, just drill setting. Called Bosch support line and was told they would not help, they don't warranty their bits. Sad as I would like to think that part of what you get when buying a premium bit is support or warranty for that purchase but I guess not. Tip is now broken and you can see how well my kit is as it is new, and what the point should look like. Tried to include photos but no matter what type, size or setting, "error occurred". Guess they don't want photos.

I have A LOT of Bosch tools and bits and am usually very satisfied but after just 3 holes in a soft ceramic pot, these bits are already damaged. I would add pictures but the website would not allow me.

I had to drill into bathroom marble tile. Received the bits today & did the job without a problem. Did keep the bit wet while drilling...even though it didn’t see it mentioned anywhere for this product, I thought it would be the right way to prolong their useful life.

Used them for tiles, worked well, have not tried them on glass.
