These spade bits are very accurate with the pointed tip, no problem centering on target. The threaded tip also pulls the bit through your material with ease, I doubt I could ever return to non self feeding spade bits after using these Bosch daredevils. They're sharp, they're built to last and they certainly improve productivity by how quickly they plow through material.

Had to replace my old spade bit set, which was averaging 2-4 minutes per hole. Since they were NOT expensive, I questioned the 10X's faster on the packaging. With the Daredevil set, each hole took a mere few seconds. I was so shocked at how fast they were, I felt compelled to write a review, something I never do.

In got these about a year ago for Christmas and they do a good job. The only things I see wrong is that the tips do dull semi fast to me and the tips also get chewed down. Plus I wish it came with a case. On some woods it seems to jam up the drill a little. I was using a well known name corded drill. Over all in do recommend them. Just my opinion

Saw this set in the home center and figured why not? I don't use spade bits very often but the old ones I have (name brand) are not the greatest . Used one for the first time today and it beats the old ones hands down speed and ease wise. Mind you, my old ones are not dull...as I said, I don't use spade bits very often, but the Daredevils performance is far superior.
