A wonderful addition to herbs gardens and flower beds, Mexican Tarragon can handle more warmth and humidity than French tarragon, yet has a similar anise-like flavor. Use in soups, chicken salad, fish dishes, and more. Plants grow well in containers and bloom late in the summer. Also known as Texas tarragon, Mexican mint marigold, or yerba anise. Perennial and evergreen in zone 9.
