The item was reported delivered by ROADIE; however, we never found it. Online report made to ROADIE and to Tractor Supply. ROADIE called but, did not provide any information to resolve the issue. Online report made to TS. TS has never responded. Telephone calls to TS is sit "on-hold" for hours with no one picking up.
