I purchased these because I own a Blackstone grill and love it. Received the knives and grilled up steaks that night to test them out. The first couple of slices with the knife worked great and then became dull. I did not think I should have to sharpen the knife within the first 2 minutes of use. I have sharpened all of them now and used them again and they still don't hold a edge as long as I think they should. I was going to buy a couple of more sets to give as gifts but thinking I will buy a different brand for that. They are very nice looking knives but not so sure about the material they are made with.

I love them. Great balance and very sharp. Cuts meat with very little pressure.

Very nice steak knives. Appear to be of exceptional quality. Sharp blades and they feel comfortable in my hand. The only downside is that hand washing is recommended instead of using the dishwasher to clean. Not really a problem though.

Just all around great knife. Sturdy and extremely sharp.
