Not a great replacement seat for John Deere

This is not a great replacement seat for John Deere compact tractors, the problem is fitment. I purchased this seat for my John Deere 955 compact tractor. First problem was the mounting holes in seat did not quite match up with anything on seat bracket, so I had to elongate holes (off by about 1/8"). The next issue is that this seat is slightly wider than the original. This caused interference with the 4-way hydraulic control lever beside the seat, requiring additional modification. While the quality and comfort of this seat is fine, the headache of making it fit my JD compact is not worth the effort. I would have been better off spending a few extra dollars for an OEM replacement seat.
