Love Weed Wacker, but problems with manual

I love the Weed Wacker. I wish the manual had less "boiler plate" items.
And the manual should include the figure referenced instead of forcing user to keep going back and forth to the image page (maybe out the figure page at the page before it is referenced. In a nutshell, less lawyer speak and more regular englis.

The wire simply tore off every 3-5 minutes, this is nightmare. I wish there was a stronger wire.

Battery won’t stay charged up.

I have owed several Black & Decker weed eaters. Great product! This is the first time I have gotten one with bad battery. That is only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 stares. I have to recharge every few minutes!
