For a new jack, it leaks down if you leave it under load for over an hour. Used to support a 2.0 Hyundai engine while replacing timing components. Had to repump it 2-3 times to keep it at the desired level to reinstall the timing cover/oil pump assembly. Took longer than usual because the Hyundai design is not typical with the chain jumping a few times. Just made it harder having to repump the jack. Retired auto shop owner with professional grade equipment. Returned without issues at store.

Jack would not go down easy without a load had too stand on it and still would not go down all the way .

What I didn't like about this product is that it is advertised as a 20 ton jack but with a 2 ton load cdapacity is 2 tons.

The item, a shorty 20 ton jack is a 10. The delivery, however is a 0. We have a porch, a large carport, even a tote with the words, “please put deliveries in tote”. We have all this because we have a large dog, on a tether. My jack was left near the steps, right where our dog lays. The box was shredded with the pieces and anything with the jack was shredded. If this is the type of service we will receive next, we will by from Atwood’s. At least they can follow instructions.
