Very green

I expected a darker green, like a forest green, but these are more green. If you wear these to the grocery store people will look and say 'Oh, there's a guy with green pants on.' If you're out in the woods walking around nobody will say anything and these pants are fine for that. Thick wool, a little long on the inseam or maybe I'm suppose to wear them high on my waist like Jackie Gleason. Maybe the color is a Canadian thing.

These wool pants are what I hoped for...well made, warm, rugged. They came larger than expected. I chose 31" length and they are closer to 32". L.L. Bean had similar pair for $50 more and were out of stock. Feel better about this purchase.

Excellent pants for PNW wet Fall weather

Excellent wool pants for rainy PNW fall (and winter, but haven't gotten that far yet). Highly recommend loggers (6 button) suspenders to go with them. The pants have kept me warm and dry during 3 uses so far while chainsawing saplings on my tree farm (Oct, Nov 2024, wet and 30-55 degrees). The legs run big, I guess to fit over boots.
