The purchase of this fan was for a 5000sq ft area. The hangar is used for aircraft, travel trailer and other trailers. It’s main purpose of the choice of the fan was to keep this area cool . The first weekend after installation , a wedding reception was held in the hangar area and the fan helped circulate the air and keep guests “cool” after the building being exposed in the sun all day. I would recommend the BAF for others to help with cooling big areas. It really is a “Cool Fan”
