Bekaert Horse nonclimb wire.5 rolls all damageded

I was very dissapointed of the condition of my wire. It was handled very POORLY! the ends were damaged and bent and some of the powder coating in black was coming off. The gentleman that was installing this wire pointed it out to me and stated that it was of poor quality.
