The Bear & Son 109 is a Lightweight Slip-Joint Drop-Point with an Aluminum Handle. The Taper Ground 1 1/2 Drop Point Blade is made from High Carbon Stainless Steel, making it rust-resistant, easy to sharpen, and holding an edge exceptionally well. The Bear & Son 109 has a hollow nail nick to open the blade. The knife has a closed length of 2-1/2 and is a good size to fit in a pocket, purse, or on a keychain. The 109 weighs 1.0 ounces.

    I am actually a knives collector when I see a very good quality,with every details I look for in a knife especially those made in USA ,I will test it but usually put in a display case very comfortable lightweight sharpness is there edge retention is excellent ,the handling is very comfortable especially I have very small hands,I don't feel that there will be any corrosion problems.
