Q: I have a huskee 22 ton log splitter from approximately 2006. The detent cover assembly is marked Energy 390406s Will this cover replace that one?

- A: Hi Pete! The Bailey/Chief G Series Detent Kit will not directly replace your Energy detent assembly. Energy (marked 390406S/390406A) and Bailey/Chief G Series valves have different thread pitches, spool linkages, and kick-out mechanisms. Mixing parts between these two brands usually causes the automatic return-to-neutral to malfunction or causes severe oil leaks.19 days agoHelpful?
