This Aspen Veterinary Resources Vita-Jec B Complex Fortified Injection for Livestock is an aqueous solution of B complex vitamins for livestock. This injectable vitamin B complex for cattle, sheep and swine provides a readily available source of B vitamins and contains a high level of vitamin concentration per mL given, including 100mg per mL of both Thiamine (B1) and Niacin. These fat-soluble livestock vitamins provide supplemental source when dietary content may be deficient. Multi-species label simplifies dosage. Intramuscular injection is recommended for these livestock supplements.Note: This product may require up to 2 additional days for order processing prior to shipping
- Vitamin B complex for cattle, sheep and swine
- 100mg per mL of both Thiamine (B1), Niacinamide and B12
- 10mg per mL of B6, d-Panthenol
- 5 mg per mL of Riboflavin (B2)
- Inactive Ingredients: Citric Acid and Benzyl Alcohol 1.5% v/v (preservative).
- Intramuscular injection is recommended for these livestock supplements (may be administered subcutaneously or intravenously at the discretion of the veterinarian)
- Adult Cattle: 1 to 2 mL per 100 lbs. of body weight
- Calves, Swine and Sheep: 5 mL per 100 lbs. of body weight
- Multi-species label
- 500 mL livestock vitamins
Active Ingredients:
100mg per mL of both Thiamine (B1), Niacinamide and B12, 10mg per mL of B6, d-Panthenol, 5 mg per mL of Riboflavin (B2)
Inactive Ingredients:
Citric Acid and Benzyl Alcohol 1.5% v/v (preservative).

Q: I've treated Goat polio in newborn kids with over the counter B-1 tablets but would like to switch to injections. I would be giving 1000 mg thiamin (and therefore 1000 niacin) IM. Any concerns with the excess Niacin?
