A strong, sturdy Arrow 10 ft. x 12 ft. Select Steel Storage Shed would make a pleasant addition to your backyard. It's made of galvanized steel that is treated to provide long-term protection against corrosion and rust. It has 71 in. walls for extra headroom, storage space, and entryway clearance. The Arrow Select line also has a high gable roof, built-in air vents, and locking door handles. It also has a smooth, strong Sherwin-Williams paint finish that gives the steel extra protection from rust and corrosion. Backed by a 12 year warranty.

- A: Hi, No, the Arrow 10 ft. x 12 ft. Select Steel Storage Shed does not come with a floor. It's designed to be installed on a pre-existing, level, and stable base. Arrow Sheds frequently ask that a floor frame kit can be used to install a floor frame if you need a floor.a year agoHelpful?

The tools you would need to screw the included screws in place are NOT included. This unit does not come with a base, how ever a base is available on our TSC website- New! Poor instructions, ill-fitting parts, 15 hour build time

Had I known this would eat up both days of a weekend (plus another 3 hours) to assemble, I wouldn't have purchased the product. The instructions needed a lot of help, the parts didn't fit perfectly (requiring additional drilling), and it's definitely a 2 person job. Something like this shouldn't take 15 hours to put together. It gets an additional star because it looks OK when finished and will hopefully not fall apart. Don't expect a thick wall material - the metal is thinner than cardboard. #sweeps
No, I do not recommend this product.

Hard to put together, parts came "dinged"/bent

I wish I'd gotten their installers to come put it up because this was hard with two people that weren't sure what they were doing. Instructions not very clear. Several of the parts came with scrapes through the paint and some of the supports were bent. Took a day and a half to put up and the doors still aren't right. I guess you get what you pay for. It is nice storage now that it is up but wouldn't buy again if I knew then what I know now.

Nothing lined up correctly

Nothing lined up correctly had to re-do a lot and I am a handy person. Missing brutal tape. Not a good shed I have built my share of these sheds in the past. Great idea withe the way the sides go on but other than that, no not again!
