Easy to assenble, but leaked in every hole the screws went in. Even wirh the washers installed that they supplied. Now trying to figure out how to recover it without putting an entire new roof on.

Instructions are terrible and alot if missing nuts bolts and screws

I bought this shed kit at the start of the summer to replace an existing small shed on my property. Initially, I had planned to construct a shed from scratch, but after pricing everything out, I realized that using this kit could save me $1000 compared to a wooden build. However, it hasn't quite lived up to my expectations. Here are some glaring issues I've encountered three months into the project, and I'm still dealing with a leaking shed: 1. Delivery Problems: When the shed kit was delivered, I noticed that some pieces and the paint had been scratched. While this was more of a delivery issue than a problem with the shed itself, it was frustrating. The delivery company only had one person handling the large and heavy boxes, and they ended up standing them on end. I didn't discover the damage until a week later when I began assembling the shed. I figured I could fix it with some touch-up paint. 2. Base Assembly Issues: As I started assembling the shed, I couldn't get past page 2 of the instructions because they had sent the wrong pieces for the base. These incorrect pieces were mixed in with a large box, while the other components were correct for this specific shed model. I had to wait for three weeks for Arrow to send me the replacements. 3. Instruction Manual Errors: The instruction manual had multiple errors. Firstly, it instructed me to build the shed on a wooden platform, but the dimensions provided in the manual were about 2-3 inches too large in both directions. As a result, the base of the shed didn't cover the edge of the platform completely, allowing rainwater to seep in underneath. Additionally, there were mistakes in how the metal connection pieces were illustrated, making them ineffective when assembled according to the directions. 4. Persistent Leaks: The shed has been plagued by leaks, mainly due to the base issue mentioned earlier. To address this, I had to install a "Z" flashing that extends from the interior wall, bends under the base, and covers the exposed edge of the platform. I also had to apply caulking all around the exterior edge of the shed and use pest block/gap filler on the inside between the flashing and the interior wall. There are several gaps at the base where rodents could potentially enter, so I wanted to seal them off. Another leak source is where the gable ends meet the exterior wall. When rainwater runs down the gable ends, it seeps into the shed between the exterior panels and gable ends. This could have been easily prevented with a drip edge, but I ended up having to apply caulk along both ends of the shed at these locations. 5. Door Issues: The shed's doors have very little tolerance. One of the doors requires me to raise the hinges by approximately 1/2" to get it to close properly. I've followed the instruction manual's guidance on adjusting the doors, but they still don't align correctly. While I initially thought this shed kit would be a cost-effective solution, I've encountered several issues, from delivery to construction and design flaws that have resulted in persistent leaks and overall disappointment in the product. I've also spent about the same amount of money and wasted more time then I would have If i had just done a traditional shed build. The only positive on the shed is that it looks sharp, as it does in the pictures. I do not recommend this product.
