I received three boxes, all intact with no apparent damage to contents. Two calls to Arrow, asking about the size of the head on the self-tapping screws, left me with no answers. Neither person whom I spoke with knew the size of the screw head, although one said it looked like a hex head shape. I needed to buy an adapter for my drill and appropriate size to fit the screw head. On another call, I asked which box I could find the screws in. I was told it was either one of the two boxes holding the frame materials. After cutting little holes in all three boxes, I struck gold and found the package of screws. The head is a hex head. An 8 mm socket fit. We have not attached the steel roof panels yet. I am trying to figure out a good way to keep the structure uniformly 10 feet apart while also making sure it's square. Just need to find time that is convenient for my stronger and more able son to help move things around.

I have the 9 foot one. They no longer sell it. And good riddance. Not good quality. Rafters were not shipped aligned. Welding was POOR. Had to pay a friend to redo the welding on two and I'm skeptical of the other three. The design is ridiculous. If you live in a place with wind, don't buy this. You'll have a heart attack every storm. The thing sways back and forth. We had a storm recently come in that has 45 MPH winds and 55 MPH gusts. A moderate storm, but nothing that's crazy, and yet this guy was shaking so violently I moved my cars out from underneath it because I was concerned of collapse. I'm talking 4 to 6 inches of lateral movement side to side. One way and then the other 8 to 12 inches total spread. I recorded a video with the install process, but didn't come out right. Paint easily scratches, welding quality SO POOR, screws that don't screw (and also scratch your paint), thing sheet metal roofing that I don't think would last very long. It creaks. It sways as I've said. It's probably one of my most regretted purchases and I'm kicking myself for buying it when if you just look at it and thein, liek this doesn't seem structurally sound. It's a giant kite with all it's weight at the top lol. Of course it's going to push and pull in the wind. I guess I'm just supposed to trust their 100mph wind "resistance" but I couldn't' even trust it in 50. I just hope this doesn't collapse and crush our cars.

set up was easy and manual and tutorial was very clear and easy to follow.

have not assemybeld yet, but I dont understand why you do center roof panel first. then you have to get the next panel, under the edge of the first. it will ruin the weather striping.
