Product was fine - paying for it ... not so much

Mower blade was fine ... but not being able to provide a CC # over the phone directly to the store so our worker could pick it up was a PAIN. Had to go online, start a new account, then place order, then text photo of order confirmation (I think they rec'd it also, but quicker to text the conf. #) to them while the worker waited ... Never heard of a store not being able to accept credit card pmt. over the phone.
