I used a single star hoping to bring attention to the company. The product has worked well for us for many years but YOU HAVE GOT TO REDESIGN THE PACKAGING. It is impossible to access the spout. I have thrown away boxes because I am unable to open them.

Horrible mess tracked through the house

Great for my cats poop. But the area he pees in became a huge wet clump. It was difficult to scoop. He tracked it all over the house. It was a mess. Going back to tidy cat glade.
