[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second pair of these I have owned (the exact same boot). The first pair I bought at a local feed store that at the time sold Ariat boots. They were very quickly deemed "foodplot boots", which is still call them. Reason being, we have roughly 88 acres on the top of a mountain that we are constantly at. It's our second home, but first home for many deer, elk, and all sorts of other hooked, pawed and clawed critters. Every year, spring and fall, we plant food plots. It's rigorous work, on rocky mountain terrain. These boots are not only extremely comfortable, but they're tough as nails. I've worn them in archery season many times too. They allow more of a quite approach when the leaves are like cornflakes. The first pair lasted about 4 years, many acres hiked in them, in various seasons. The tread and soles are gone, and the leather shows the scars of the rigor they have endured. The new pair arrived a short while ago, and so far I couldnt be happier. Truly the best boot I've owned.

I can still wear the first pair, but I have worn the bottoms out. I love these Ariat unbridled roper western boots! I hope they always have this style! Fyi, I like my boots to be roomy. I am a size 8-8 1/2, but I bought both pair in size 9 wide.
