Manufacturer defect

The left boot heel bed was much smaller than the right boot.
At first it was just a little snug. Then I developed a swollen achilles tendon.
I brought the boot to the shoe repair to stretch it, but after a week of that, it was still snug. The shoe repair man said it was a manufacturer defect.
I was worried that TS wouldn't take back as a return, but they did with no hesitation. I was so relieved.

These boots are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned round toe. You have plenty of room you can dress them up or you can wear them out in the field with the animals. I have an extra brand new pair of my closet just in case they discontinue these. I hope they never do definitely would recommend. They are true to size.
