Pros: I love Ariat Rebar shirts. The fabric breathes well and absorbs moisture effectively. I wore one for a 12-hour outdoor shift in 95+ degree heat, and it held up. Cons: The shirt snagged on first wear, right above the pocket. It also didn’t release dirt well in the wash. I work construction and washed it twice, but it stayed visibly dirty. Overall: This shirt works fine for the job site, but I expected it to stay “like new” longer. I bought two, one yellow and one orange.

Got the HiVis Orange and let me tell you what it was bright. Very lightweight material. Very breathable material. Kept me cool all day long. Would definitely be buying more soon.
