I paid 200$ for boots and ended up with a empty box. Now they are wanting proof how do I proof something when I have no video and no deal on the box. It's ridiculous. I order boots twice a year that's 400$ + a year. I'm disappointed never had a problem until now. I hope they make it right

This is my 3rd pair.
1st pair I welded in lasted 2 yrs.
Got my 2nd pair once I started at a warehouse and had them for 4 yrs.
Now this is my 3rd pair. I work in a warehouse so I’m always walking, standing, I weld in them at home, I work on my car in them. Literally can’t beat it for the price. At the same time I bought a pair of thorogoods and wore them for a week. I prefer my ariats.
