Q: Will this flag pole stay upright in high winds?

A: Yes- The pole is rated for winds up to 40mph. However, In the event of high winds (storms) you should take your flags down. In addition, the sections can be removed and set on the ground until weather is more favorable.

A: There is no base for this flag pole. The instructions advise to put it in the ground about 2 inches deeper than the length of ground sleeve.

Perfect residential flag and pole set

Very pleased with this set. The flag is well-made, and the colors are vivid. The pole was easy to install, from setting the sleave in concrete to raising the flag. The light is bright and lasts 'til dawn.
