This helps create consistent tension across the fence and reduces sagging. To use it: Place the stretcher vertically over the loose end of the fence. Secure the fence wires inside the stretcher so it grips the full section of fencing. Attach a come-along, chain, winch, or other pulling device to the stretcher. Pull the fence until the desired tension is reached. Fasten the fence to the end post. Release and remove the stretcher. I use mine alot more than expected. Do NOT loose any of the carriage bolts!!! As it uses a 7/16"X 3". Which TSC does not carry any 7/16" carriage bolts, PERIOD...
