False advertising,!,!

This is a 3 foot fence post, listed as 4 feet but it is not 4 feet including the stake that goes into the ground.

Not surviving a winter in the cold

An ok solution. Not really surviving long after a cold winter up north. Breaking easily after a year of use. Just too expensive for that short of a life expectancy.

Break too easily

Many of them broke too easily on the very first use I stepped them into packs and they just snapped in half. Not all of them, but a handful. Tells me they are not made very well.

New post design is useless

Be aware that the older reviews are for a different product. The new posts are very different. These used to be just fine. My only complaint was after several years in the SC sun, they'd get brittle and break. The white ones seemed to be the least UV resistant. Still, they did their job and were cheaper than other similar plastic posts I'd found online. I recently went to get a few more to replace our oldest posts and they've changed the design. The new foot peg is incredibly small and the post is so bendy that it won't hold any amount of tension. I have small feet and sandy soil, yet I'm really struggling to use the new design. My husband has larger feet and he has given up trying to use the foot peg. He calls the new ones "kid posts" because the kids are the only people on our farm who can still use them effectively. Because the new plastic is so bendy, we cant use these for corners either, which is a pain when we are trying to run new paddocks as fast as possible. Several times Ive had to swap out posts after someone has started running fence because they didnt notice they put one of these useless posts on the corner. We strive for efficiency and these new posts are anything but efficient. In fact, I'm not sure how anyone with adult sized feet or hard soil uses these things at all. I'm returning them

No, I do not recommend this product.

couldn't be easier

Bought these after my husband passed away - was to hard for me to use the "t" posts - these stepped down easy and once i hooked up the electric it kept the deer/rabbits/bear out of my veggie gardens. I used 5 strands of wire and they held up nicely without to much stress on the posts.

Only for temporary usage...

Use these only if they are needed for a year or less. They are easily broken and like others have stated, a pain to pick up the pieces. Do yourself a favor and get the fiberglass or UV stabilized posts.

No, I do not recommend this product.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE, literally.

NEVER EVER BUY THESE. I used these to split larger pastures until today. Fence shut off while i was gone and the cows broke every single one, not just broke but shattered into 10-15 pieces you have to pick up and then hope you can find the steel spike before a cow or piece of equipment does. I had a few of the sunguard fiberglass posts inline not a single one broke all laid over with wire still attached. Do yourself a favor and buy the fiberglass.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Cheap and what you paid for

Brittle junk. Didn't even last a season and poultry is what broke them off the base leading to electric fence failure. The last thing the farm and earth needs is more junk plastic. Do not buy these.
