Little John Bottle brush plants

I ordered 12 plants on 1May 2026 and expected them to arrive in a week. They did not arrive until 20 May and all but 4 were in poor shape. 3 of which appeared dead with all leaves dry and withered with many broken limbs. I continue to water them after planting but there is little doubt that I will returning some soon since I have only 10 days to do so after their receipt.
