The ALBON Bolus Tablets For Cattle (Sulfadimethoxine) are livestock antibiotics for any life stage. This is an oral treatment of shipping fever complex, bacterial pneumonia, calf diphtheria and foot rot. This long-acting ALBON bolus for cattle in a low dose provides rapid, sustained blood levels at higher levels than most other long-acting sulfonamides. Low toxicity. Approved for use in lactating dairy cows. These cattle antibiotics are given at 25 mg/lb. body weight for first day, 12.5 mg/lb. for subsequent 3-4 days. Includes 50 bolus tablets for cattle.Note: This product may require up to 2 additional days for order processing prior to shipping

- Livestock antibiotics for any life stage
- Low toxicity
- Albon should be administered to cattle so that the initial dose is equivalent to 25 mg/lb of body weight and each subsequent daily dose is equivalent to 12.5 mg/lb of body weight. Length of treatment will depend on clinical response.
- Treatment should not be continued beyond 5 days. If animals show no improvement within 2-3 days, reevaluate your diagnosis.
- Discard milk for 60 hours after last treatment of these cattle antibiotics
- Do not slaughter animals for food purposes within 7 days following the last treatment
- A withdrawal period has not been established for this product in preruminating calves
