Nice looking but within days it was starting to break. First just a hinge, then pieces of wood that hold up the tray, then the hay rack. Definitely doesn’t seem like it is going to last long.

Cracked walls, cracked tray, missing screws, warped walls

I like the dividing door, but bunnies are smart and have learned how to open it. I ended up with an unplanned pregnancy due to this lol It def has soft wood. My buns have made a lot of damage to it from chewing, even with an abundance of toys and free roam time. They learned to push the top lid open so I have to put their food bucket on top at night before bed. It’s super cute, easy to put together, and the rolling feature is great. It doesn’t take me long to clean it, but my buns are litter trained and mostly free roamed. I barely pulled on the asphalt roof of one side of the hutch and it pulled away very easily and broke. If you get the playpen and liner with it, just know your buns will destroy the liner in a very short period of time. The pen has worked great for my baby buns as they grow though.

The hutch is very cute and easy to move around. It was easy to assemble. The different sections are nice so they can be in or out. However I would recommend for a guinea pig sized animal or non chewer. My rabbit destroyed it in less then a week. The wood is very light weight.
