- A: Here are some updated dimensions: Tank is 20.5" Wide, 16.5" Deep, 19" Tall. The cap height is roughly 2.25" wide. The mounting hole spacing is about 22.8" center to center. We are working on updating the website to reflect the correct dimensions. Thanks2 years agoHelpful?

This this tank came damaged twice. Onces I got a ok one I could kinda use the fill cap on all them is not a 2 inch it is 3/4 inch with a screen good luck putting 25 gallons in it. I couldn’t even put a quart in it. It wouldn’t go through the screw. So i unbolted the cap and screen it made a kinda bigger hole made 1 inch. then went to fill it. It only took 20 gallons not 25. So lots of faults advertising. They welds look bad it is not very flat kinda rounded

Sorry to hear about the shipping damage ( which we can't control). These are shipped in a wooden crate so it's unusual that you would have received 2 damaged units. As far as the filler hole, it is slightly smaller than 2". It is 1.88" without the mesh filter insert and 1.66" with the insert which can be easily pulled out without the use of tools. The tank measures 515mm x 400mm x 460mm which equals 25 gallons in volume.
